2027 Build & Delivery Schedule: Limited Annual Commissions

To maintain our commitment to heirloom-quality craftsmanship, The Stockton Mill accepts only SIX major bunk bed commissions per calendar year. Each commission is assigned a dedicated "Build Slot" on a strict first-come, first-served basis.

Delivery & On-Site Installation Policy

We proudly offer complimentary on-site white-glove delivery and installation across the continental United States for our custom sleep systems. Because our master craftsmen handle every installation personally to ensure structural integrity, extended multi-day setups require manageable local logistics.

Due to extreme seasonal lodging rates and highly restrictive parking/zoning regulations, complimentary installation excludes the following high-capital resort, island, and high-density metro zones unless suitable lodging and secure commercial vehicle parking for our crew are provided or fully covered by the client:

Mountain & Ski Resort Zones: Jackson Hole & Teton Village (WY); Aspen, Snowmass, Vail, Beaver Creek, and Telluride (CO); Park City & Deer Valley (UT); Big Sky (MT); Sun Valley (ID).

Coastal Enclaves & Islands: Nantucket & Martha’s Vineyard (MA); The Hamptons (NY); Palm Beach & Key West (FL); Malibu & Newport Beach (CA); Kiawah Island (SC).

Ultra-Dense Metro Cores: Manhattan (NY); San Francisco Proper & Silicon Valley (CA); Boston Proper (MA).

If your residential site falls within one of these designated high-capital areas, please contact us directly at 417-691-6200 prior to securing your Build Slot so we can coordinate the logistics accommodation for your project.

The "Next-In-Line" Policy:
When you purchase your suite through our shop, you are automatically secured in the very next available Build Slot. In the event of simultaneous purchases, slots are assigned based on the exact timestamp of the order. If your preferred window is missed by a prior checkout, you will be immediately notified and moved to the next opening on the calendar.
