Production & Lead Times Because each piece at The Stockton Mill is handcrafted to your unique specifications, lead times vary based on the complexity of the project and our current shop queue. The specific production and delivery timeline for your project will be clearly documented in your individual Sales Order or agreement, as determined during our initial consultation.
Customer-Requested Delays & Rescheduling We understand that home projects (like new windows, flooring, or painting) can shift your timeline. If you request a delay in production or delivery after your order is placed, please note the following:

Re-Queueing: Once a build is postponed at your request, your project is moved out of its original production slot to accommodate other scheduled work .

Variable Restart Dates: We cannot guarantee an immediate start date once you are ready to proceed. For example, if you ask to postpone a build until March or April, your new delivery window may shift into May or June depending on our current workload and commitments to other clients.

The "Green Light" Rule: Your project will be placed back into the production queue based on the date you give us the final "green light" to proceed.
Shipping & Local Pickup

Small Items: Shipped via standard ground carriers (UPS/FedEx).

Large Furniture: Shipped via freight or specialized furniture carriers.

Local Pickup: Free local pickup is always available at our shop in Attica, KS [cite: 2026-01-14]. Please contact us to schedule a time once your build is complete.
Inspection & Damages Please inspect your furniture immediately upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging, note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Contact us within 24 hours to report any transit-related issues.
