Delivery Responsibility: Stockton Mill is responsible for transport and delivery to the designated shipping container terminal facility in Wilmington, NC. Transfer of responsibility, container loading, ocean freight, and onward transport to the Bahamas are handled by the client and their designated freight forwarder.
Deposit Policy: A 50% retainer is required to officially lock in the late October 2026 build slot and allocate shop materials.
Design & Specs: Built strictly according to Stockton Mill shop design standards. Written specifications and dimensions take precedence over conceptual sketches.
Final Payment: Remaining balance due upon completion prior to shop release and transport to the Wilmington container terminal. Mattresses are not included.
