Shop Terms & Final Delivery Notes

• Delivery Responsibility: Stockton Mill provides secure transport and delivery directly to the designated freight container facility in Wilmington, NC for the advanced loading window of October 28–29, 2026. Container loading, ocean freight, and onward transit to the Bahamas remain managed by Karen King Interiors / client.

• Final Settlement: Per shop terms, the final balance of $11,894.60 is due upon completion prior to shop release and transport to Wilmington, NC.

• Design & Specifications: Built strictly according to Stockton Mill shop design standards. Written specifications and dimensions take precedence over conceptual sketches. Mattresses are not included.
