Based on our updated discussion for the High-End Guest Retreat, we have optimized the layout to maximize both sleeping capacity and floor-space efficiency. This configuration transitions the long wall into 179" of continuous structural cabinetry, creating a balanced, high-capacity suite.

The Updated Configuration:

• Primary Sleeping: Twin-over-Full configuration, significantly increasing "All-Age Rated" versatility.

• The Long Wall (179" Span): By transitioning the desk space into the main structure, we can now integrate a 2 full-sized trundles tucked discreetly beneath the lower 2 Full beds.

• Enhanced Accessibility: We are moving to a 20" wide stairwell (with a 15" landing). This not only improves safety but makes "Bed Making" significantly easier for your maintenance team.
