Custom Twin XL over Perpendicular King with Integrated Stairwell (no trundle)

The Master Builder Standard When you commission The Stockton Mill, you work directly with a single master craftsman. I personally execute every stage of your build:

• The Maker: I hand-select the grain, cut every joint, and fully assemble your suite in my Attica, Kansas shop for a final fit-and-finish check before it leaves the floor.

• The Hybrid Build: Heavy-duty dimensional lumber forms the internal structural carcass, while every visible surface—fascia, cabinetry, face-frames, and enclosed upper bunk bottoms—is executed in premium 3/4" Cabinet-Grade Hardwood with solid poplar fascia. Zero MDF.

• The Finisher: Finished in a "soft-touch," furniture-grade Acrylic coating for a smooth, high-end surface built to last.

• The Logistical Lead & Installer: I personally pack your unit into an enclosed trailer, deliver it directly to Brooklyn, and execute the complete structural integration myself. No third-party contractors.

Investment & Payment Terms

• The Hoosier Suite (Custom Fabrication): $10,900.00

• Brooklyn Transport & On-Site Architectural Installation: $1,890.00

• Total Project Price: $12,790.00

Payment Schedule (50/50):

• 50% Production Deposit (Due to Secure Build Slot August 26th arrival): $6,395.00

• 50% Final Balance (Due Upon Delivery & Installation): $6,395.00

Mattresses not included. Photos take precedence. Written specifications and dimensions take precedence over conceptual sketches.
